Keep in mind that use of WEB WONDERZ’s services is also subject to, and controlled by, the Agreement subscribed to by the User; and the use of the website is also subject to the Privacy Policy notified on the website.

General Terms

WEB WONDERZ is an IT services company registered and based in India and the project execution (design/development/SEO/SEM activities)of all the projects we undertake will be taken place at our development centers in India. We register all domains through Reseller Club & Web Hosting are done through third party leading data centers located in India and US. Our normal working hours are from 10 AM to 6 PM, IST, from Monday to Friday. All Sundays and alternative Saturdays (Second & Fourth) will be off for the company. All public holidays in India or in the state of West Bengal will also be holidays for the company.

Payment Collection through Payment Gateway

Web Wonderz is encouraging Clients to pay in digital mode for the convenience of us and Client.We have taken Payment Gateway to collect payment of our Bills. All Bills are sent through Email with the amount to be paid and you can visit our website and make the payment at your convenience. We do not charge anything extra for payment made through our website. All payments are refundable and charged on actual billing amount.

Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds

Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, or if you have opened a second account with us, you will not be eligible for a refund. Violations of this Agreement will waive your rights under the refund policy.

Non-refundable Products and Services

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, there are no refunds of any fee (including without limitation, administrative fee and/or tax) on servers, or additional products or services such as Codeguard, Digital Certificates, shared VPS hosting, SiteLock install fees for custom software, and/or any other products or services of the Company.

Cancellation Process

You may terminate or cancel the Services from the control panel. If you cancel the Services, you are obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such cancellation. If you request to suspend or cancel your customer account, your access to the control panel will be suspended and you will not be able to access the billing system to renew products or services or to update your account information. However, you will continue to have access to use the Services purchased until the end of your prepaid term.

Please note that if you have pending orders outstanding on your account at the time you cancel your account, we will continue to process those orders so long as your Advance Account has sufficient funds to cover the charges. If we are unable to fulfill any orders, the charges for such orders will be reversed and we reserve the right to cancel such orders.

We reserve the right to deny or cancel any order within thirty (30) days of processing such order. In such case we will refund the fees charged for the order.

Use Of The Site

There is no charge imposed by us for accessing the Site but you are liable to pay the cost of the communications link you used to visit the Site.

Access to the Site may be suspended, restricted or terminated any time. We cannot guarantee that the Site will be error-free and we are not to be held liable for unavailability of the same.

The content of the pages on the website are for general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

Neither WEB WONDERZ nor any third party provides any warranty or guarantee to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on the website for any particular purpose.
